1. Who We Are

Safari Selects ("we," "us," "the organization") is a US-based nonprofit invitational rugby organization. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

Safari Selects is a nonprofit organization registered in the State of Nevada and operates this website. For any privacy question or request, email hello@safariselects.org.

2. Information We Collect

Player registration. Cookies and analytics. With your consent, we use optional cookies to understand how the website is used and improve the experience. You can accept or decline these cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting server records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use it to keep the website secure and working.

Third-party services. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which may process technical information about your device. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, and our homepage shows posts from our Instagram account. These services receive your IP address when your browser loads their content and handle it under their own privacy policies.

4. Payments

Tournament dues and donations are processed by Zeffy, a payment platform for nonprofits. Safari Selects does not collect or store full card or bank details on this website. Zeffy handles payment information under its own privacy policy.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with tournament organizers where required for participation; with service providers that help us run the website and organization, such as our web host, email provider, Zeffy and Cloudflare; and with government or legal authorities where required by law.

6. Age Requirement

Player registration is open only to people 18 and older, and this website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
