1. About These Terms

These terms govern use of this website and participation in Safari Selects tournaments. By registering for a tournament and paying applicable dues, you agree to these terms, including the participation, conduct and refund provisions below.

2. Registration & Roster Spots

Tournament spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless a tournament page states otherwise. A roster spot is secured only after Safari Selects receives a completed registration and the required payment. If demand exceeds capacity, Safari Selects may register additional teams but does not guarantee it will do so.

3. Dues

Dues amounts and inclusions are published on each tournament page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, dues may cover tournament entry, playing kit and team operations, but do not cover flights, accommodation, visas, travel insurance or personal expenses.

Playing kit is assigned from available stock using the sizing submitted at registration. Personalization is not guaranteed.

4. Player Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration and emergency-contact information.
• Hold appropriate travel documents and arrange any required visas.
• Arrange personal medical and travel insurance that covers rugby participation.
• Be physically fit to compete and communicate relevant safety concerns to team management.
• Follow the code of conduct on and off the pitch.

5. Code of Conduct

Players represent Safari Selects and its community. Violence outside the laws of the game, discrimination, harassment, illegal conduct or behavior that endangers teammates, opponents, organizers or the organization may result in removal from the squad without refund and exclusion from future events.

6. Media Release

By registering, you consent to being photographed or filmed during Safari Selects activities and tournaments, and to approved use of that material for the website, social media and organizational storytelling. You may request that future use stop by emailing hello@safariselects.org.

7. Refunds & Withdrawals

• Withdrawal more than [X] days before the tournament: dues refunded less a [$Y] administration fee.
• Withdrawal within [X] days of the tournament: [Z]% refund, reflecting costs already committed.
• Withdrawal after final roster submission: no refund.
• Tournament cancelled: refund treatment will depend on costs already committed and recovered.
• Injury or documented emergency: reviewed case-by-case; a future credit may be offered.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@safariselects.org. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take [N] business days.

8. Travel & Assumption of Risk

Rugby is a contact sport with an inherent risk of injury. By participating, players acknowledge and accept those risks. Safari Selects is not responsible for personal travel arrangements, travel disruption, lost property or personal medical expenses.

9. Website Use

Website text, photographs, logos and other materials belong to Safari Selects or their respective licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Tournament information, dates and dues may be updated; the applicable tournament page contains the current details.
